Pastors Paul and Debby McCulloch are the founders of Crossroads Victory Church and the ministries connected with it. They are a strong apostolic team that has a passion for revival in Canada one comminty at a time.

In 1991 they obeyed the voice of God to come to Owen Sound where Paul was raised. With the direction of the Holy Spirit and a prophetic call on their lives, Paul and Debby ran with the vision to "Release The Restoring Fire Of God And Establish Holy Spirit Led Churches With The Spirit Of Revival Throughout Grey Bruce And The Surrounding Area"

After 12 years and 5 churches planted by the power of God, they launched out into Barrie releasing Crossroads Victory Church to pastors Dave and Wendy Mathieu who have come along side of Paul and Debby to help fulfill the vision.

They are only at the starting gate of what God has planned to do through them and they are a great example to us all.
